I went there as a child and I can remember it was never this appalling. Its such a shame that it has come to this.

The only animals are the owners. Disgusting behaviour towards innocent creatures. Take their license and their shop away immediately.

Thus used to be a nice little place years ago but went a few months ago and was shocked at how run down it is, cages barely holding together, no water on a really hot day in some of guinea pig cages. A cat in a cage??? Not sure what that's about and a weird big shed at back with chap just hovering about with a few birds in was very odd to say the least. 4 members of staff standing about in shop, surely one could be checking water levels for animals. Should be shut down or a caring owner to take over, prices cheap which was good before I looked round then I felt ripped off!!!! Needs sorting big time

Me and my partner visited there a few months ago, the Guinea pigs had no water, every single one of their bottles was bone dry, and this was in the morning! We had to find a bowl and go to the toilets ourself to give them some water and they all ran straight too it. Poor things. The horses didn’t have any shelter, there feet are overgrown, I have reported this place to the RSPCA before. This is NOT how animals should be treated.

I’ve worked with animal all my life and never have I ever seen them this badly missed treated somewhere you would of thought it would be a good home
