I'm surprised it has taken this long and it has not been closed down already. Disgusting! It used to be lovely there, took my daughter there a lot.

Serious improvement is needed here. I suspect the intentions were good with this place, but is clearly lacking in money to provide a stimulating living environment for the animals.

The poor little animals. They need better living conditions. I travelled from Australia to see the local animals and it was really sad. We saw a dead bird on the floor of the chinchilla cages. Appalling conditions.

Those of you complaining about the animals conditions, did you address your concerns with the staff or were you to chicken sh*t to do so.
Have you ever visited or just agreeing to the posts.
If you feel you need to help, volunteer down their instead of complaining.

Recently took one of my tennants here, the living conditions for the animals were disgusting! Gone down hill in the last few years, very disappointing.

I have visited pets corner about two three weeks ago and it was dreadful no hay or water for the horses and was about 25degrees on the day I went, the water bottles in the cages were outrageous, general hygiene for the animals was apoorling, something needs to change we are failing these animals everyday something is not done about it, theres so much potential but no one with a mind set to carry it out disappointing really is !!!
