Failing infrastructure in the area already, these projects will cause more damage in the area that currently goes unaddressed. Social services will be more delayed due to more population and also damaged infrastructure in the area becoming steadily worse. Vote to deny this reasoning.

City council is willy-nilly allowing all these new neighborhood developments to be built with no thought of how it’s going to affect the public safety industry. Two 1000-home developments (or close to it), the other half of Wynnstone, and the neighborhood on the NW side of 111th & 273rd (probably around 750 homes) is going to literally double our population size, which would require a police department of around 35-40 officers and we have 18.

Cheap fast homes, no infrastructure to support coweta, police and fire already overwhelmed. Can't drive a quarter mile with hitting a red light( which has only increased accidents). Not to mention the bright idea of adding a casino. Sounds to me people are lining thier pockets with fast grab cash opportunities.

The current infrastructure cannot handle this type of population growth. Wagoner county can’t even maintain the current roads. Just drive east on 121st from Oneta to 51, which these neighborhoods will be using. It’s horrible, dangerous, and ruining our cars. Wagoner county already denied this. Come on Coweta, wake up.

We didn’t move to the country to later be now in the city! How can the city be allowed to turn land into the city when the property is not even connected to the current city limits!

No more small housing ! No more neighborhoods on farm land! I didn’t move out here to turn this isn’t a subdivision I want space and not as many people !

We live in Oneta Farms and with the flooding problems we have and no one will take responsibility. These problems need to be addressed before any construction by anyone! RC hasn’t done anything about the cement ditch that runs through the neighborhood. please drive through and take a look!

We moved to this area to avoid dense population.
This action is contrary to everything I thought Coweta was about. I thought this house was the one we were going to retire in soon. We love the area. Now it seems we are going to have to consider other options for the future.

I do not want any more building around me. There are already too many problems that Rausch Coleman refuses to fix. Plus all the other major issues that will occur.

With the rezoning, they would be able to build on 6000 sq ft lots, resulting in up to 1000 homes being built. A 20% increase in population to the city of Coweta would put a major strain on local resources as the county, not the city, would be providing most of them.

As a citizen I feel like they need to focus on the infrastructure. This town can NOT handle more people with the roads the way they are. Work on that first before bringing more families here.
