I have great concern for the safety of my home and others. With no where for the individuals being homed here to escape which can occur, leaves home owners near these facilities vulnerable to robbery, theft, trespassing, vandalism, loitering, and possibly fire. We live in a rural neighborhood and want to keep it rural. Business of any kind will cause a major impact on the environment!!

I favor rehabilitation for addicts and mental health support for those in need as it will assist with reduction in the homeless population in El Dorado County. However, without adequate qualified tenacious supervision, will diminish property value and adversely impact the quality of life in our community.

Some of these areas are very expensive. Who is really paying? Taxpayers I would guess. Seems like they can get more bang for their buck in other areas not so expensive. Rural areas should stay rural that means no business

I sold my home in January to Newport clinic. My agent asked there broker numerous time's for info on buyer's. Her personal research only disclosed buyers profession as a owner of a real-estate corporation in LA.. We built our dream home on this property 40 yrs ago on 20 acres. I have 10 plus peacocks as companions plus a rose garden of 80 bushes. I wanted the ideal family to share the beauty of our land. Now property the unattended, dying gardens and, currently I was told peacocks are a nuisance and will be displaced!! My heart goes out to my neighbor who has put there life saving into there beautiful home they recently purchased. My heart aches for our once oasis, now a dying memory. I now know Buyer's
legally "Do Not" need to disclose any information. I will live with many regrets.

Let me start of by saying that I'm a compassionate person and try to see the good in everyone, however the way that things have transpired have lead me to believe that there is deception and corners being cut in the ongoing construction being done directly next door to my home. The home has been completely gutted, I have done my research and have found no permits pulled for any of the work being performed. Just yesterday 4/4/2022 new Heating and Air Conditioning was being installed and upon conversation I was told that 3 other homes within minutes of my house have also been installed by the same company for the same owner. This HVAC company seems to be the only company to have markings on there vehicles. Other than that I have taken notice that all othere vehicles coming in and out of the property are unmarked with raises concern that these may be unlicensed contractors. If these contractors were licensed why were permits not pulled for the work they are performing. I have some safety concerns as I noticed exposed wires. My other concern which could stem from this is the ROAD and in the event that a fire could occur how with all the extra residents, staff, and vehicles would we make it out of the area safely with our one lane one way in one way out dirt road. The other topic that I would like to bring up is that the location leaves the individuals being homed here no option for transportation in the event that they may decide to escape. I have many other concerns however with the fire season quickly approaching I am highly concerned that the new owners do not understand the severity that their impact can cause on our environment and the safety of others.

We are against this!!! Too close to our schools!! We are not okay with this in our community where children are being raised!

The safety of the children and families in this area creates great concern for these facilities in these residential neighborhoods we are against these for profit businesses where our children live .

A facility is being put on my street Montaire dr. This road is a dirt road and my Nieghbor’s and I are concerned about the traffic impact this will have
The main concern is that there are multiple families with minor children and when the patients of this facility decide to return to drugs or crime these children and families will become their victims
