I think he needs to stay in jail until he is off of whatever he is taking. For his own safety and the safety of others

Not only does the defendant pose a security risk to the community, he represents a significant flight risk. His father, wife and child have all left the home in which the family was staying and it is currently standing vacant. His father can't be traced. Most of their animals have been taken into care by neighbours.
A young man lost his life because a violent individual who was in possession of a firearm was not remanded after the previous assaults he committed. Please remand him in custody until his trial for the protection of the community.

The fact that there was violence against woman the police should have acted according to that Act.
Now an assault and murder.....
Has there been a case opened against the police not adhering to the Act.
Hope the murder case gets the max sentence under the law.
