I concur with the statements listed within the petition. It is incredibly disturbing that SAPS cannot intervene until a very serious crime has been committed that could possibly have been avoided.

This person is a danger to society. Almost rode into me the day of the assault. Very reckless driver and very aggressive.

As residents we have a right to be protected from violet assaults, and although this man has not yet been found guilty he has been seen assaulting and theatening people for some time. In the interests of a safer community I am opposed to his being granted bail.
