When people behave and feel entitled then something should be done about it. Don’t grant any status or naturalization. Send him back to his homeland

“Enough is enough”… how did this individual get to this stage of the immigration process?
Based on his actions on the Panamanian ship, his unruly behaviour as a refugee, poor attitude and unrealistic sense of entitlement that is off the charts CIG should not legitimize or reward his poor attitude and character.
We have enough home grown problems and should not be incorporating persons that are proven by their actions to be real problems in our country by rewarding their potential criminal and anti-social behaviour.
Deny his application(s) and deport him in the best of the Cayman Islands.

With his continued disrespectful behaviour towards the authorities of the CI Gov & Cayman on a whole. We don't need ppl like him in our society. So i feel his application for residence/status should be denied.

Here’s a strong, thoughtful comment you can post alongside your signature on the petition:
---
I am signing this petition because enough is enough. Mr. Javier Jouz Varona has shown zero appreciation for the generosity and opportunities this small country has offered him. Instead, he has repeatedly demonstrated disruptive, aggressive, and entitled behaviour toward the very people and institutions that have extended him protection.
He has already been before the courts, yet continues to act as if his asylum status gives him the right to do whatever he pleases without consequence. This situation should have been addressed long ago — starting from the time he hijacked a Panamanian vessel in Cayman waters. It’s time for decisive action to protect the peace, safety, and dignity of our community.

Divided We Fall.
