A common sense approach is required! 1. Health and safety - dog mess can cause gangerine and amputation of limbs.
2. Why use sub standard playing fields when 3/4G facilities are available within the county borough?
3. The progress of our youth is being impeded by poor playing facilities -undoudtadly will get worse with ongoing council cutbacks.
4. A 64 mile round trip for players and parents is totally unreasonable.
5. There would appear to be a case of discrimination when other local affiliated teams are allowed to utilise the Blaen Baglan facilities

Funny how they got stopped playing when it came from a team who refused to play down there. when that team is technically out of area themselves

I support Bryncoch's right to play at Bae Baglan as our pitch is water logged, often covered in dogs mess and the local astroturf is not fit for purpose.

I think the te should be allowed to play there. We are a society of people winging about kids staying indoors but this team want to play and it's not their fault they a penalised from play g because of the British weather.

Seems like far too sensible an option for the bureaucrats to understand....
Having witnessed the amount to dog crap outside Bryncoch Park most of the time, I can’t imagine what it’s like within that field....they should install CCTV. It’s a shame when they built Tesco etc, they didn’t take to opportunity to redevelop that field into 3G - what other greenery in Bryncoch is there to play football on?!?! Embarrassment

Seems one rule for one, another rule for others... they always mention the whole west/South Wales divide, yet it all goes out of the window for district football with Afan Nedd... swansea teams play at Llandarcy, so can't see how this is different.

Children’s sport needs to be supported. Neath Port Talbot Council must demonstrate they that they support youth support in line with Welsh Government Policy.

Let’s keep the children playing safely, it’s not fair for the children to miss out on games when there’s a playing field they could use!

My son used to be in a Bryncoch football team age 5-7. The route from the car park is very muddy when wet. I've fallen once but soon learnt to hold onto the fence. There were many occasions where the area the boys played was littered with beer cans and dog mess. It really is an unsuitable venue for young children compared to the excellent facilities available nearby.
