Petition to West Wales FA to allow Bryncoch FC to play matches at Bae Baglan School.

The FAW should be actively encouraging the kids to play. How can they justify this?

Football organizations stopping young players playing the game they love..that is the bottom line here In a age where it is difficult to get children out of their bedrooms and off consoles participating in any sports the local organisations need to actively seek new and fresh ideas to enhance player participation The local pitches in and around NPT are in a horrendous state during winter months and the 3g at Bae Baglan offers regular guaranteed games for active coaches who are looking to develop their players further Any football governing body stopping young children playing regularly need to step down and allow fresh thinking modern people to rule over such decisions..they should be ashamed of themselves!!!!!

Please look after our grass roots football. Thats all the kids want to do is play football ⚽

Appalling, children’s games are being cancelled due to FAW out of date out of touch rules with boundaries! Shocking

All children should be given the opportunity to play football. It builds confidence and gains them an understanding to what it is like to work as a team and to build new relationships

This affects more U8 teams and other children’s football teams too. Ynysygerwn U8s have also been stopped from playing in Bae Baglan, despite paying to use the facilities and despite being a team within Neath Port Talbot County Borough. Children should be allowed to use the 3G facilities at Bae Baglan, especially when there is a need to fight childhood obesity and encourage our children to keep fit and enjoy sports!

They encourage children to keep fit and take up sport, you should be backing this encouragement.

Totally agree that they should be allowed to play there games elsewhere. This where grassroots football is really struggling with facility to allow kids to play grassroots football. Where the backing, support & funding to allow these kids to play. With wales doing so well at the moment where the support & funding to build more 4G pitches from the Welsh FA

These facilities are to be used by everyone, and not owned or managed by the FAW. The League should be very careful dictating where clubs can train or play, when they should be encouraging it. Clubs in that district should have first shout of pitches and times, and if they chose not to use them then other clubs should be allowed to take advantage of this. Where is the common sense from the FAW, just work with the clubs that are struggling to find pitches or facilities to play on. This is grass roots football that is supposed to be FAWs bread and butter, by imposing this ridiculous rule its not only stopping children from playing on proper surfaces but could put children's safety at risk and force clubs to train or play on unsafe grounds. The cost of facilities like at bae baglan are reasonable, especially when clubs are trying to keep cost down and sub's that parents play.
