I stand as a kuia for transparency and the well being of this Iwi. Enough is enough. I have seen the abuse on my daughter and others of our Whanau. No more clean up your acts time.

I support any stand that challenges the mistreatment of our people. I support not just you Rongo and Shirley but all who have suffered at the hands of our Iwi. Unfortunately there have been many. Some have become subserviant to a process which is foreign to our natural way and world as Ruanui. Ive heard people call it many things over these last 2 months. Institutionalised bullying being the most common. From governance ( Dad & Te Maari) to whanau ( You and our whanau Ruanui and non Ruanui) .I was hesitant to sign for 2xreasons) I support what we all are fighting for but I am already part of a collective that is fighting this battle MY WHANAU, MY HAPU... 2) Traditionally being physically present and supportive means more than me signing anything. But I asked for guidance a tohu , and I got it. I support our collective consciousness to want better for us now and in the future. To right the wrongs and seek whanau and hapu justice. I support whanau and hapu wellness which I am truly thankful for will have an extra strong informed voice today. Thank you Rongo, Shirley and ALL the others who have worked tirelessly to collate info given and shared. 8yrs Rongo is 8yrs too long it should never of happened.
