TNR is a good program. We will never become a "no kill" shelter if we lose the program. If people would spay and nurture.?. We would not have this issue to worry about!

To quote a respected animal welfare advocate, Michelle Corella: 1 At one time, the City leadership was supportive of efforts to become a No Kill Community. We cannot become a No Kill Community if TNR is not endorsed and supported by both the City and County leadership and Animal Control entities. No TNR = FAILURE to achieve No Kill status!

Very badly needed! I can't believe Las Cruces doesn't already have this program. It would save so many animals from euthanasia!
