We the undersigned, wish to formally object to the proposed
extension (Planning Reference: 19/00625/FUL).
Audenshaw Cllrs Teresa Smith, Oliver Ryan, Charlotte Martin
and Andrew Gwynne our MP for Denton and Reddish fully reiterate local
residents' concerns regarding their objections to the site expansion.
Currently, excessive noise levels are already
emitted from the premises. We agree with residents, a proposed extension to the
current site would be detrimental when current noise levels are not of an
acceptable level.
We the undersigned also fail to comprehend why there is a
need for living accommodation to be included in the planning application. There
are many other churches in the area who serve large communities who do not need
living accommodation.
Furthermore, as the Church is in a highly residential area,
we object to this application as there are very little parking spaces available
for residents, subsequently, the extension to this facility would cause
problems which would be unable to be resolved.
We request this planning application is raised at Speakers'
Panel to allow local representatives the opportunity to present strong
objections to the proposed application.
I agree with the objections raised in the petition. The noise level has had a negative impact on the quality of life for local residents. Why do they get away with lighting fires late at night and cars coming and going at all hours? As a Tameside rate payer I expect these objections to be taken seriously .
