I hereby petition the United Nations for aid in retrieving my Diplomatic passport and international deeds in America. The last person holding them was a Mr Richard P Restucci of Marshfield Massachusetts USA and he is refusing to hand them over to me. Stating that I am crazy. I know you have many records of me in different Countries around the world using my Diplomatic passport under my name Sir William Restucci Anguelo. I state this as proof of my international citizenship and my Diplomatic passport and my ownership of a lot of land in different Countries around the word. I state as a matter of international law it is forbidden for anyone else to hold my passport and deeds except myself. I state as a matter of international law I should immediately be given my diplomatic passport and international deeds when I have important Government business With the Queen of England UK as I do. I state as a matter of violations of international law I am being deprived of my international Citizenship in all Countries around the world were I have and dont have children. Wherefore I respectfully demand that the United Nations grant this petition and retrieve my British Diplomatic passport and international deeds and grant me a temporary Diplomatic passport under the United Nations Jurisdiction until I can get my passport back or get another passport in England because i have important Government Business With the Queen of England.
