This plan is absolutely ridiculous. The traffic would increase exponentially. The homes currently in Deerfield are on much larger lots with mature trees. A new development of this type would change the character of the area. Further there are already drainage issues which would increase dramatically upon additional development of this type. Is there infrastructure to support the proposed project?

I oppose the construction of 18 additional homes in the narrow strip of woods within our neighborhood. We already face poor drainage, and this level of expansion could strain our infrastructure. Additional homes could diminish the character and neighborly connection that make our neighborhood so special. I urge officials to consider whether this development is truly compatible with our existing infrastructure and community character.

The plan to cram in 18 homes in the wooded area between Hollow Tree and Pinetree would be a disaster for Deerfield Manor as a whole, but especially for the residents who back up to that area. Please do not allow this proposal to proceed.

I agree that we are "at maximum" in development at this point in the Deerfield Manor area. Environmental concerns are legitimate. Taking any more trees out is unhealthy. This is a neighborhood full of children and the traffic increase is also a worry. Thank you.

Ridiculous idea. The infrastructure around here is already maxed out and this will just make traffic and drainage 10x worse. Leave Deerfield Manor alone!
