I've lived at Medina Lake 40 years & it is extremely sad the way SAWS take OUR water when they don't even need it. I moved here because the lake was beautiful & we retired here to enjoy it. I hate the fact they drain it & use it for no good reason!

Cannot believe the water level has gone down so much & something needs to be done now.

Every this is dry right now, but there seems to be a tremendous amount of waste of water in the lake.

It’s not like there’s very many lakes around. Not only do we as humans use the resource, but so does many wildlife. Have farmers, dig wells. Keep the lakes full!

There has to be more conservation of this resource. None of the lakes within 100 miles of Medina lake are in the same shape.

What San Antonio is doing is unsustainable. If they are going to continue to grow and develop, develop a water treatment plan that doesn’t utilize outlying areas’ sources.
