The application of the Kearney Realty and Development Group for a “Workforce Housing Development” to be known as “The Mews at Hopewell”. Said development is proposed to be located on ~9.25 acre parcel at 672 Route 82, Hopewell Junction and is proposed to contain 68 dwelling units and an onsite superintendents unit. The proposed development requires special Permit approval from the Town Board and Site Plan approval from the Planning Board.

We, the undersigned, are concerned citizens of East Fishkill who urge our leaders to act now and decline the Special Permit for the construction of a 68 unit affordable apartment complex which will include low income housing at 672 Route 82, Joe’s Mothers Road.
