M-103 is unnecessary since CHRC is already protecting human rights based on religious grounds. Giving one religion preference over others is unconstitutional.

This motion is against western ethos of free speech. Healthy societies are unapologetically free and all aspects social freedoms are protected by and flow out of, the freedom of speech.
