Personally, I don't think the prestige of an area or the home's value matters- safety is important period.

I’ve had to run across Seagate many times to avoid cars coming around the curve super fast from the Casuarina - Seagate Drive stop sign. I oftentimes have to hug the bushes near your house with Nino as cars speed on Seagate and don’t even bother to move towards the center of the road considering that there is no sidewalk.
On Bucida, we have a situation where the snowbirds across the street from us park on the road every day and night. Cars zoom around their parked cars, go over Michael’s grass and pose a hazard to pedestrians, etc. who have no room left to walk. Parking on our streets every day like this should not be allowed. We think that the parking on our narrow streets, besides creating hazards, cheapens our neighborhood.
