I think that each college is unique and should stand out.

The luck of communication about the restructure is not acceptable. We need to be consulted and listen to.

We have had the entire SEN restructured without any consideration of staff, parents or learners. We were not even considered worth speaking to before the learners futures were destroyed halfway through their qualification, because apparently CCCG sees only the Special Need and not the person behind it.

Finsbury Park College is in a deprived area. Despite the deprivation it is friendly college and cost of living is very high as it is bordering the richer city boroughs. Due consideration must be given to staff and reasonable pay rise will be most welcome. Staff have bought into the big picture, a culture of collaborative working must be supported by taken into account views and perspectives of staff. This way it will be a win-win for both staff and management. This can be followed by constructive feedback and continous improvement for our beloved college.

The lack of consultation on such a significant change within the organisation has led to feelings of exclusion and that our voices do not matter.

When a government wants to introduce a new legislation, they always take it for public participation.Where was our involvement in all this? Where was the student involvement? Where is was the stakeholder involvement? It's as though we don't matter! We need to be listened to. Our opinion matters! Our students opinions matter! The stakeholders opinion matter!

CONEL is a unique college that reflects the local community, difference that is seen as strength, progress and togetherness, which is needed more than ever, these days.

The restructuring of management is having a negative impact on staff, Cm's and HoS's and will impact our learners and their success on courses.

Don't do this. It is a mistake and potentially dangerous to students

Each college has a specific reputation for which has taken a long time and much hard work to establish, each is know for its ability to cater for specific students and subject areas. Students often cite word of mouth as their reason for enrolling, this will be lost. Generic chain colleges do not have the appeal of local ones. How will students know that there are A levels at Kings Cross for example? Large corporations are moving away from generic branding towards small scale specific branding to enhance appeal and target certain groups. Has any research been done on this? We were not consulted,

We were not consulted about this. This restructure and rebadging of the colleges is destroying our local college identities, and is against the policy of respecting diversity that the CEO has implemented.

This uniformisation of our very diverse college seems artificial and unnecessary.

Very short-sighted! WKC is well known in the area. Every year we have students who have been recommended. We have a great reputation that has been built up over the years... only for a CEO who has been here 5 minutes to totally dismantle it! No understanding of the issues at stake and not even willing to listen. Very disappointing!
