A)l for helping people but this not the right location who decidedto put this in a nice residential area. Dog walkers now avoiding the place and children staying away from the park. Urgent action is needed now its ruining the area. I find it hard to understand who in their right mind would sanction this someone needs to be accountable.

This is in the wrong place and a major safeguarding issue

Whoever allowed this faculty to open next Tina children’s play area must have mental health issues . There’s used sharps discarded in the Park and people loitering before it opens high on illicit substances. No local people were involved in the decision. It’s shocking

I am in full support of the BEN scheme but it is currently in a inappropriate area as it is situated next to a play area!

Not suitable and dragging down the hall, playground, general security, and house prices

Not appropriate where this is... I am all for helping people in need but there’s more convenient places this can be done not on a children’s park and play surroundings

I really hope this scheme is successful but it needs moving to a more suitable environment FAST

Totally the wrong location - it’s only a matter of time before someone gets hurt - hope I am wrong

Needles in the park, drug dealing and violent crime. This cannot continue in a well loved community space. The BEN scheme should not come at a cost to children's safety.

Not acceptable that there has been sharps as well as alcohol empties left in a play area!

Sharps injuries, bottles/cans left which is not acceptable! This must stop to allow a safe environment for children to play in.

Support the idea but not the location.

Totally in favour of the scheme to help the homeless, I have been involved with a homeless man and his dog and was over the moon when they got a Bed for the Night, however I didn't realise the consequences when the homeless are housed so close to a children's playground and the implications of drug and alcohol abuse so I am signing the petition to hopefully find more suitable accommodation for all concerned.

This should not be happening in our community

All for the scheme but think a more suitable location is needed to accommodate it, there are plenty of empty units in droylsden and Ashton town centres, not next to a children’s park.

Totally agree with the scheme but the location is completely unacceptable.
