Petition to Sutherland Shire Council to review the current laws with respect to recreational beach access for dogs and horses in Kurnell.

I grew up around this area and my memories of those days of myself riding out there is a huge part of my life dont take away these opportunities for others to enjoy and take away the beauty for all to enjoy as its everyone rights to access

I fully support a dog and horse friendly beach/environment.

Take my dog walking here a lot and I’d hate to be fined for giving him something different rather than the local park. He loves the water and sand!!

They want the beach free of community so they can approve another high rise??? Have a good hard look at yourselves council - you are betraying the family values that got you elected.

It’s so nice to see people encouraging kids to enjoy the outdoors. Really Sutherland council enough is enough. Let people enjoy this lifestyle.

The Sutherland Shire Council seems to be oblivious to the wants and needs of its constituents. It's time for them to start listening.

Sutherland shire needs to be more pet friendly

Wake up to yourself sutho council. There's enough rules to our short lives don't take away more of our simple freedom.

I love animals, and I think they should be allowed to have access to the beaches and other local areas. Animals should be equal to humans and even if they don't have the same abilities as us, they are still amazing and deserve happiness.

We dog and horse owners need more space please, please, please.

I drive all the way from Woronora Heights so my grandaughter and dog can enjoy the beach, the sand and the long walks at Kurnell. Gets us all out and brings people into the area. Fining people..gees...shame on you SSC!

I am a denizen of the Shire, I frequent beaches from Cronulla to Boat Harbour, and Silver Beach through to the National Park. I love to see the dogs and horses, and in years of attending Wanda Beach have only had one bad experience with an overly enthusiastic dog and an owner who had no control. Considering the number of dogs I have encountered, this is fine by me. Give families and their pets some space and stop being so bloody minded.

People with dogs pay rates and vote. There are a lot of us in the shire and we need room to walk our pets.

Councils have to much power time to start listening to rate payers

I take my dog there regularly and he loves it, I always clean up after him if necessary
