A petition needs to be filed at HRC, and ICJ against Asim Munir and Shehbaz Sharif. The Pakistani PM publicly admitted his orders to start shooting was approved by the COAS.

Islamabad Massacre at D-Chowk
On the night of November 26, 2024, a horrific and heart-wrenching event unfolded at D-Chowk in Islamabad. Thousands of unarmed civilians, including young people, elderly men, women, and children, gathered peacefully to protest against injustice. These individuals, weakened by hunger after enduring days without food, sought only to have their voices heard.
Earlier that day, the armed forces stationed at the location assured the protesters of their safety, offering handshakes and words of solidarity. The nation believed, for a fleeting moment, that humanity and compassion would prevail.
But as night fell, the promise of peace turned into an orchestrated nightmare. The entire area was plunged into darkness, a total blackout that marked the beginning of a massacre. War-grade weapons, including sniper rifles, were unleashed upon the unarmed protesters. Forces stationed on rooftops opened fire indiscriminately, targeting innocent lives. Hundreds were brutally killed, their dreams and voices silenced forever. Thousands more were left grievously injured, their bodies scarred as witnesses to an unspeakable atrocity.
In this calculated act of violence, families were torn apart. Survivors recall the deafening sounds of gunfire and the chilling sight of lifeless bodies collapsing around them. It was an assault not just on individuals but on the very soul of the nation.
Journalist Matiullah Jan, one of the few brave enough to document the scale of this tragedy, uncovered critical details about the casualties. Yet, his courage came at a cost. He was arrested on fabricated charges of being a drug dealer, a man who had never even smoked a cigarette. This silencing of truth-tellers and witnesses was part of a larger effort to bury the truth.
Authorities ordered hospitals not to disclose the death toll and coerced grieving families to accept their loved ones' bodies only if they agreed to record statements claiming their deaths were acc
