We call on all who value democracy, human rights, and justice to join us in urging decisive action. Specifically, we appeal to:
Human Rights and Democracy Department of the U.S. State Department,
The United Nations Human Rights Commission,
Tom Lantos Human Rights Commission in the U.S. Congress
Launch an Independent International Inquiry
Initiate an immediate and transparent investigation led by an international commission with full access to evidence and witnesses.
Preserve Evidence and Protect Families
Implement urgent measures to prevent Pakistani authorities from destroying evidence or harassing victims' families and survivors.
Release All Political Prisoners
Demand the unconditional release of all political detainees in Pakistan, including women activists and opposition leaders.
Establish a 90-Day Inquiry Deadline

I fully support this petition as a massacre happened at D-Chowk in Islamabad, the capital city of Pakistan, very close to the Diplomatic Enclave, where people were peacefully protesting for the rule of law and restoration of the stolen mandate in the 2024 general election. However, instead of listening to the protesters' demands, the fascist regime, backed by the military, opened direct fire (live ammunition) on the public, resulting in multiple casualties. Independent sources claim that the death toll could rise to 400. Democracy has been severely derailed, with the military regime hiding the dead bodies instead of handing them over to the victims' families. No media is allowed to gather information from surrounding government hospitals. We demand that a high-level UN representatives' team investigate this crime and hold those responsible accountable
