We ask all Pan-Africans to sign this petition to summon General Lecointre to the international tribunal to prove our dissatisfaction with his statement of wanting Europe to gather its army to come and recolonize Africa. This is a very serious statement that we Pan-Africans will have to prove our dissatisfaction by signing this petition.
