It is difficult enough for my clients to get there already. To have to travel 1-1 1/2 hours is ridiculous.

Please keep open. The travel will be disastrous.

Once again the State is catering to the urban areas and more rural counties' workers face a hardship traveling a great distance for their day in court.

Closing the Lebanon Court will be a hardship on injured workers residing in Warren, Hunterdon, and Somerset Counties

It is very important that injured workers have access to a Workers Compensation courthouse that is close to where they live. The closure of any workers compenstion court will cause undue hardship on injured workers by causing additional stress on having to travel longer distances to get to court proceedings related to their cases.

The convenience of the injured worker is what should be a priority, not the administrative processing of the claims. Without adequate courts and judges, the compensation system will never function to timely provide the benefits the law affords and that worker and his/her family becomes a charge on the public, not the employer or carrier where the statute places that responsibility.

Injured workers in New Jersey should not have to travel an hour or more each way to have their day in Workers Compensation Court, particularly when the comparatively minimal cost of operating a local facility does not is not funded by taxpayers.

There is no cases that move faster than a snail. Without full set of courts Petiioners trials and motions will never be resolved
