We, the neighbors at _____________________________________, are signing this petition because our rights as tenants are being violated. Several dogs that live in the adjacent apartment are constantly barking into late hours of the night. We have tried to talk to the tenant but to no avail. Our landlord also knows of the situation but it seems that it is difficult for her to take the steps needed to correct the situation.
