The park is the only park that is left for children to play on, if this park was sold and houses were built, children would have to cross two main, busy roads to get to the closest park, the marsh. Please don’t let them build yet more houses that people at this time can not afford to buy and live in, they have build enough houses at the side of us, the new site on the Asda bypass, why do they need more houses, so they sit empty? Just like them horrendous apartments they built in Maybank on the main street, they sit empty but then again I wouldn’t want to live there either.

Please do not build yet more houses that people at this time can not afford to buy and live in, they have build enough houses at the side of us, the new site on Wulstan Grange, why do they need more houses, so they sit empty? Just like them horrendous apartments they built in Maybank on the main street.
There are enough empty houses in stoke on Trent that I think they should be looking at re-vamping and selling, instead of building more cramped houses that no one can afford to live in.

This land should stay as it is, for it is very much used by the local residentsand to build houses is such a disgrace. Have we suffered enough by having the housing estate og Wulstan Grange built close by to take public greens away from locals!!!!!!!
