Petition to STOP the Cyberbullying, Harassment & Hatred

This petition is for all of us who uses social media daily to connect with friends and family. We all have heard and witnessed many cases of harsh, violent and life-threatening cyber bullying and online harassments. These kinds of inappropriate behavior, trolling, teasing, mocking and rude comments may not seem serious in the beginning, but they can spread like a slow poison. To me, who is currently going through this can truly say that they act as sleeper-cells watching for the right time to pounce with the least thing one ever expects, which leaves the receiver in shock and in surprise. Below, is my story.

Who would think that an innocent comment on someone’s Facebook post would start the spread of this poison and lead me here? In November 2018, I commented on a post, it has been so long ago that I cannot even recall what my comment was, but Sandra Yang grabbed a hold of my comment and came out on Facebook Live calling me out. From that day forward, there’s been numerous live Videos and Post towards me. She called me names, making false accusation and allegations towards me, slandering me and my family, reaching out to anyone that will provide her with my background information regardless if they are true or false only to have her blast my personal life all over Facebook, altering my pictures into monstrous forms, filing a restraining order against me which was dismissed, body shaming me, searching for my personal information and drew a picture of my current residency, and wishing death upon me where she physical performed a funeral ritual for me and buried by picture in the ground. All on Facebook Live video for the whole world to see.

I have filed a protective order against her in December of 2018, but the court dismissed it. My last resort was to file a Civil Lawsuit against her, a Jury Trial has been requested, but due to COVID-19, I wait patiently. Currently, I am not sure when the Court will open its door to allow the Jury Trail. Due to her being tied by the Civil Lawsuit, she has gathered others to come out and continue the dirty work for her. Allow me to explain.

In 2019, Nou Her reached out to me via Facebook Messenger, stating that she is a good person, a spiritual healer and a mentor that can help me with my life struggles. Because of all the slandering and accusations from Sandra Yang, I was having marital issues with my spouse. Out of desperation, at my weak moment, I believed in Nou Her and allowed her into my life. I have shared my personal life struggles with her including recordings of my marital issues and arguments with her hoping that as a spiritual healer, she would be able to provide me with guidance. We had a mutual verbal agreement that my recordings will not be shared to third-parties or to the public and Nou Her agreed to keep them confidential. I trusted her since she claims to be spiritual healer, and that is her profession. Recently, Nou Her has broken our bond and has retaliated against me. She now has teamed up with Sandra Yang. She has played all my personal recordings on Facebook Live while mocking, shaming, cursing and wishing death upon me, my spouse and children, day and night including my birth mother, friends and family. She has gone as far as singing death ritual for me, calling me by my name to receive death sentences and slanders me as a criminal, aiding to commit suicide by taking the medications in her Facebook live video, has driven to herself to peaceful cemetery for those who has passed and offered the deceased to take my life, all recorded live videos on her Facebook account (Ntxhaisnkauj Ntxawm).

This has shattered my trust and pierced my heart that is why I want to start this petition to kindly request you all to lend a helping hand and stop this slow poison from spreading and taking a monstrous shape. This is not just for our own safety, peace of mind and freedom of expression, but also for your daughters/sons, who will tomorrow sit in your same chair and would be exposed soon to the Online Community or now being exposed to such hideous acts. I request and plead for all your whole-hearted support and cooperation to sign the petition to stop such voices form growing and multiplying. Help me stand up and help cut them from the grass roots. Today it may be me but tomorrow it can be you.
