one of the worst kind of companies to exist. they are aiding and abetting in ticket scalping. ABC has stated that StubHub has "become the ticket scalper of the digital age"

It's ridiculous how these tickets are upcharged because Stubhub gives scalpers a way to profit off of being greedy. And on top of that, so many of the tickets don't work. After months of anticipation for an event, a refund from Stubhub doesn't help the disappointment you feel when you get to an arena and aren't admitted because some asshat ripped you off on what is supposed to be a reputable site.

Allowing scalpers to purchase a mass amount of tickets and sell them at higher prices for their own monetary gain is despicable. Fans should have the priority to purchase tickets, and not be forced to buy tickets at ridiculous prices the same day that tickets went on sale.
