I bought nine tickets for a show they charged me $1,000 the tickets were $67 a piece they charged me $20 for each ticket for delivery fees they didn't deliver anything and then they told me I can resell the tickets and they only gave me the original ticket price back yet when I went to purchase the tickets that I was selling they were charging the same fees to the next person this company needs to be shut down

Tickets purchase scanned as "Invalid" at the venue - Forced to Pay 2x the price last minute. Stubhubs customer service purposefully ignores customers/trying to help when customers are STUCK AT THE VENUE.

They sent an email suggesting we also list on viagogo, their other site. Tickets sold on both, now we are paying big time, losing our tickets, and they keep tons of money for all this. Complete scam, should be illegal. There need to be laws against this.

They took my money and never sent a ticket. When I called they hung up on me and put me on hold. Then said I called too late. They kept my money and offered a 20% voucher.

They are the definition of false advertising. Got worse tickets than we purchased without any compensation for the Eras Tour. The original tickets we purchased were in front of the stage. The tickets they gave us as "garunteed fan protection" were behind the stage. How is that legal?

They are making it impossible for normal people to afford these events. I think the performers would like all fans included. Not just the rich ones.

I hate getting charged rodicouous prices for crappy seats. I can't even buy tickets for my favorite bands the day they go on sale because of scalpers.

Stub hub allows many people to sell FRADULANT TICKETS.
9 times out of 10 they are fake tickets
People think they are getting into the event and they get screwed out of money and can't see the event
its not the venues fault either.
Stub hub is not part of the venue they are a glorified scalping company
they also have no offices in some cities where they do business so it is hard for people who have ticket issues
to contact customer service
this company needs to be shut down and the people who run it be brought to justice.

Once again all the shows I wanted to go to this year are sold out, but hundreds are avaiable on stubhub. This site is scalping, which last I checked, is illegal. Shouldn't this site be as well?
