I have lived in this community and visited this cabin over the years for the past 41 plus years.....my 3 kids were raised going there every week to play and visit...we all have ties with the Nancy Hanks Farm and many memories.....fond and loving memories........so many places are tearing down old home places, old buildings because they say they are an eyesore or they are not up to snuff with the rest of the buildings, what they are doing is taking a part of History away from my grandchildren and great grandchildren.........It is no wonder kids have no idea who was who in History anymore.......I vote to leave the cabin where it has been, keep it up and be proud of where Nancy Hanks Memorial and Cabin stands.......keep it up and ready for visitors.......we are proud West Virginians...........
