Petition to Save Mamsha Training Space (currently Sandbox Training): A Vital Community Hub in Mamsha

Dear Mamsha Community Management.
We, the residents of Mamsha, write to you with a deep sense of concern regarding the recent
decision not to renew the lease for Sandbox Training. As active members of this vibrant
community, we strongly urge you to reconsider this decision, as Sandbox played a crucial role in
fostering community spirit, promoting health and wellness, and enhancing the quality of life for
residents.
A Community Builder and Unique Space
Sandbox is not just a gym. It is a thriving community hub that brings together men and women
from all walks of life and from every continent. It is a space where friendships are formed, goals
are achieved, and personal milestones are celebrated. The gym’s inclusive and welcoming
environment has made it a cornerstone of Mamsha’s community life.
Why Sandbox Matters
1. 2. 3. 4. 5. Diversity and Unity: Sandbox Training is home to a diverse group of residents united by
their passion for fitness. It attracts individuals from different cultures, backgrounds, and
professions, creating a unique melting pot of ideas and support.
High-Quality Training: Featuring internationally renowned trainers and carefully
curated programs, Sandbox provides an unparalleled training experience that attracts both
CrossFit enthusiasts and those new to fitness.
A Safe and Positive Space: In an increasingly digital world, Sandbox offers a vital
offline space where residents can connect, support one another, and build lasting
relationships.
Promoting Health and Well-Being: With fitness at its core, Sandbox promotes both
physical and mental health, helping residents maintain a balanced lifestyle.
Enhancing Property Value: A vibrant, active community is a key factor in maintaining
property value and attracting new residents. The presence of such a unique gym space is
undoubtedly a strong selling point for Mamsha.
Our Request
We respectfully ask the Mamsha Community Management to consider the benefits to the
community on Mamsha, and open dialogue with a new training provider to take over the unit in
Azure 1 or elsewhere on Mamsha. Losing this space would be a significant blow not only to the
fitness community but to the broader Mamsha community as well.
We believe that as a collective a new provider can be found and placed into the unit without any
disruption to your rental income or the communities fitness hub.
We are prepared to support any constructive dialogue to find a mutually beneficial solution that
allows current space to continue operating as a sport facility. Whether through renegotiation of
terms or exploring community-led initiatives to support the gym, we believe that a solution can
be found.
By signing this petition, we, the undersigned residents of Mamsha, express our commitment to
preserving the spirit of our community and our support for keeping gym space open.
