my daughter loves this place... so many families use this area for so many things... we cant lose anymore in cape breton.

I realize that we need to grow economically but I think this green space is very important to the area and should be kept GREEN.

i can't understand why this is happening. The area is the nicest feature in the town. North Sydney is going backwards not forward. The people in town need to be heard.

council should be all ashamed. Taking another playground away from the children. never did replace the one taken from peppett street. what about the jobs lost at waterfront restaurant and the cool zone oce cream shop?

This is a huge peice of North Sydney, for that to be gone is huge to everyone even local business loss of jobs loss of funds that help keep our community alive

This is shameful. Democracy just went out the window.
what a terrible decision by mayor clarke taking away this beautiful away really from the people of North sydney. so many promises bring jobs to the Northside what garentees that his deal will go through . not to mention the business located on the warf.
