When a private company gets the waterfront pear of downtown real estate that has had at least $4-million of tax payers money put into it, for only $200K, that is theft of public land, not commerce.

What is going on about the sale of Archibald's Wharf; is like watching some kind of horror movie and the climax being, : Is this really going to happen"? Will Superman be able to break woven chest chains on route to ocean's bottom in the nick of time to stop this dictatorship approach to democracy!

I support job creation but not at the cost of destroying Archibald's Wharf. Has anyone considered the health risks from dust and the noise of having a shipyard in the middle of our downtown? Please consider other options...

Council says this is not costing us the taxpayers of c br m nothing , but over the years millions of dollars were spent on Archibald's wharf and we only get back 200,000 thousand , it seems to me were are subsidiing private industry

While Sydney gets improvements to their boardwalk and the addiotion of another small green space at the end of King's road . We will get the sight of piles of rusty metal as our spectacular view from the our main street

We have driven over from Sydney to enjoy the playground area and pretty surroundings. The area won't be the same without it.

Let CME have Indian Beach, Rollie’s Wharf, or both. The water depths, ease of access (by land and water), and size alone are considerably better at that site.

Are you trying to drive the remaining citizens of North sydney away... You are destroying this town bit by bit... We don't have much in this town but the boardwalk is a beautiful place to spend time with family and friends making memories and enjoys time together
