I have been busy reading through the notes you left here and I am truly humbled by how many of you feel the same way about this by-law. Your questions and frustrations regarding these legal costs are exactly what keep me pushing forward despite the slow pace of things at town hall.

About time someone looked into this. Council works for us not the other way around. Revoke it.
My taxes are high enough as it is. I dont want a single cent going toward protecting a council member from their own bad choices.
Seems really unfair to the tax payers who literally have no say in these proceedings yet have to foot the bill. Not right.
Ridiculous. Why are we paying for their legal fees? Fix this now.
This is our money stop wasting it on people who should be held accountable for their own mess.
