Really disappointing how the date keeps changing last minute. It’s caused major inconvenience for graduates and their families, some booked flights, took time off work, and rearranged their whole week just to attend. I really hope the school takes this seriously and sticks to the original date. Otherwise, it comes off as unprofessional and inconsiderate, this should be a day where graduates celebrate with their families, not stress over logistics.

I agree. If the Guest of Honour can't make it, that's fine, but don't change the date. It's the students' day, and their convenience & their families' convenience are more important than anything else.

It is very disappointing and disturbing that the school is unable to arrange and coordinate the matters pertaining to the Graduation Ceremony taking into consideration all that needs to be arranged and organized. Parents that work and need to plan for their availability to attend. Children that are either at school or in Universities and most likely out of country... The Graduates themselves to prepare and dress-up for The Occasion.
Has the school no consideration for all of this? 1st it is stated the Ceremony will take place on 29th May. Then it is brought forward to 27th May both in the evening and now and only a week away the school states the Graduation Ceremony is now on Wednesday 28th and at Noon!!! All this for what and why?
This is unacceptable on all fronts and I am sending this email to let the school know that this is not how key functions and important milestones for our children is planned nor managed.
I am truly disappointed and frustrated.
