To take this away you are taking away a tradition . A time when alumni come from all over back to there highschools. A day that families come and enjoy the sport with there kids. Also being hurt the most the students of the schools. Leave well enough alone and let the tradition live on!

My child, who doesn't play football but is in the band, happily dedicates his Thanksgiving to playing music at this game because it is a meaningful tradition to the town! Please restore it.

so sad to see tradition being thrown away like a piece of garbage - not one single person I know who has a child that has played or is currentl playing high school football in the FCIAC division is happy about this decision, it's a shame.

Playing football on Thanksgiving Day was the highlight of the season for me. Please restore this practice so that today's players can enjoy the same experience.

if the FCIAC is so determined to limit the league to 10 games, then they should eliminate the FCIAC Championship game. It doesn't count toward States anyway.

Went with my family last Thanksgiving to the Ludlowe- Warde game. Great crowd, great fun and a great tradition. Let's bring it back!

There are not many opportunities to bring the entire town, both young and old together. I would hate to see this tradition end.
