Petition to Restore CCA’s Autonomy

I am the parent of 3 CCA graduates and current CCA teacher.

Bring back Mrs. Burnette

The Pastor of the church is using the world views as his means of positioning himself and his wife in the church instead of using God’s word the Holy Bible. The Bible speaks against these things the lust if the eyes, greed and the pride of life.

I support

Mrs. Burnette needs to be the one to lead CCA (like she has been doing)!!! Pastor Bob needs to do what he was hired to do & that is to be the Pastor of the church!!! His calling was not to lead CCA!!

They need to bring Ms. B back and let the school continue to have control over their money. The students are going to loose out over the pastor’s greed. He needs to modify the church’s budget to accommodate their needs so the school can continue with parents.

Prayers for CCA

Lack of transparency of changes and strategically made the changes after we resign tjr contract - give me no confident you put my kids best interest first !!!

Reinstate Mrs. Burnette as Head of School with full authority under the existing governance structure. Protect the school’s operational autonomy from undue interference in daily decision-making and hiring. Ensure financial transparency, with resources used solely for student benefit—not to offset unrelated church expenses. Freeze "Building Utilization" fee increases and budget shifts until a thorough review with staff and parent input is completed.

I thank the transparency of the staff for bringing these issues to light. It deeply saddens me that there is any instance where a petition is needed for my child to have a secure future with Christ Chapel Academy. 1 Timothy 6:10. I hope God comes to pastor Bob and reminds him not to forget the whole point of having a church and what its missions are. Its takes some people a lifetime to figure out that the most valuable gift anyone can give is not money...its time.

Mrs. B has always been there for me and makes sure that my family and I are doing well. She always makes sure to include us in her prayers and is a force to be reckoned with. Justice for Mrs. B!

My boys have been at CCA since 2015. CCA for my boys, is home. They get a great education, while also learning Christian values. CCA has seen its fear of changes, some favorable and some not as favorable, but the core values remained intact, and what love about CCA remains. What’s happening is tone deaf to the CCA families and doesn’t align with our majority vision for CCA. We know what we have and seeing this drastic change, isn’t what we’re looking forward to. Please keep the church, the church and the school, the school as it’s been for decades.

I agree to have Mrs.B in this school and not allow church to take over and make major changes that Mrs.B already out for the safety of each student and their academic career.

CCA is a great schools that gives students opportunities to believe in such a strong faith in christianity without being judged or bullied I would hate to see such a great schools being tore into pieces
