The town must stand firm against legal posturing and must never grant variances unless fully compliant with bylaws. Otherwise it will be opening Pandora's chest.

I strongly advise the concom to not succumb to pressures from the likes of individuals who want to manipulate people who justly uphold the laws as they should. Manipulation of the laws with tactics to suit their purpose through bullying is not acceptable.
The concom must not succumb to the bullying and will not be tolerated.

The Hillside zoning needs to be addressed as well. Building is going on that is ruining the aesthetics of our neighborhood. People are getting away with building structures that are way out of proportion to the land they own. Trees are being cut down and none are being replaced.
