Allow devotees who are dedicated to Lord Chaitanya's Sankirtan movement to manage ISKCON property.

Pranams, Srila Prabhupada Jayate
In a letter dated December 22, 1972 to Karandhara dasa, Srila Prabhupada writes regarding management that, "our leaders shall be careful not to kill the spirit of enthusiastic service which is individual, spontaneous and voluntary." He goes on to say, "That is the art of management, to draw out spontaneous loving spirit of sacrificing some energy for Krishna."
Prabhupada said our relationships should be based on love and trust. When there is love and trust between a leader and a subordinate, the subordinate will naturally want to follow the leader. Love and trust is an art, however, and is developed over time and with deliberate effort
So let us get someone qualifide, so can help devotees to do more service and not to do less

We had a terrible experience with HH BV Shanto Swami in Panama. He should be remove from ISKCON, period.

I would like to see Iskcon Miami replace Shantu Prabhu as president of the temple. I believe that he has been very offensive to many members and the temple has become less inviting to new combers. Thank You
