We, the students of NCV civil engineering (Plumbing) respectfully request that Mr Motsweni be replaced as our plumbing lecturer for the next academic year. Over the past terms, we have experienced persistent difficulties that affect our learning including, marks not uploaded on time, practical task challenges, unfair treatment and miscommunication, late and distracting classes, intimidation and unprofessional behavior and delayed portal marks. These challenges have hindered our understanding of essential plumbing concepts and put our academic progress in jeopardy. We believe that a qualified instructor who can provide effective teaching and support is essential for our success. We kindly ask the department to consider appointing a new lecturer who meets the required standards.
