We, the CASTLEGATE COMMUNITY HOMEOWNERS, pursuant to Arizona Revised Statutes 33-1813, demand a Special Meeting for the purpose of removing and replacing four (4) of the current board members.

The purposeofthispetition isto gather asufficientnumberofsignaturesfromqualifiedCastlegate Homeownersvotingto remove four (4) currentboardmembersandreplacethemwiththetemporary nomineeslistedbeloweffectiveimmediatelyupon receivingtherequired number of signatures/votes which is 25% pursuant to Arizona Revised Statutes 33-1813. The four temporary members listed will hold office until an election can be held. Jenny Packard; Matt Gaddie; Krista Moore; Tracy Richie.

Some of the reasons for the recall of these members are: authorizing the hiring of unlicensed contractor(s) and/or registered sex offender(s); unprofessional conduct towards members of our community; not properly fulfilling the duties of the office and adhering to the laws of the State of Arizona; Allowing Oasis Community Management to operate our community in an unregulated manner; Allowing Oasis Community Management to selectively enforce CC&Rs; Allowing Oasis Community Management to operate in a manner that is counter-productive to the needs of the Castlegate Community.
