This is a no-brainer decision. Scott Belcher is an excellent teacher and it would be a huge loss to the school to not renew his contract.

Mr. Belcher is one of the best teachers in nelson. He is a great influence on the students and he actually cares about them. If it was for him I wouldn’t be who I am today and I couldn’t imagine a nelson county choir or band without belcher at the lead of it.

Mr. Belcher is an AMAZING music teacher for choir and band alike, anything music related, he is amazing, and I've NEVER heard not one bad thing said about this man. I loved having him as a teacher, I always looked forward to my school day getting to go to his class having him as a choir teacher. He always knew how to make things fun and kept the class entertaining and interesting and how to bring a group of kids together to make the most amazing of sounds and music whether it be instrumental in a band or singing in a choir. Allow that man to keep on teaching especially if he wants to! He is so loved by many.

I never had Mr. Belcher, but I’ve never heard a negative comment about him. I graduated 8 years ago, and I still have friends talk about how much they miss him and how he made an impact on them and their futures.

Mr. Belcher is the heart and soul of Nelson county. If anyone deserves to teach and bring music and joy to the young people in the area it would he him.

He has been amazing for these children and done soo many great things. My son for one ! Mick Castillo doesn't even want to participate next year with Scott Belcher . It is his Senior year please renew this man's contract for these kids.
