Scott Belcher is the best teacher at the school who really relates to the kids and encourages them while instilling respect, values, and self worth.

I don’t know Mr Belcher personally but as a former band parent and booster he has done a remarkable job!

Scott Belcher has been such a positive influence on all his students and for Nelson County Schools.

Mr. Belcher is one of the MOST amazing teachers out there. He was by far my favorite one and I am so grateful to have had him during my time at NCHS. The students deserve someone as dedicated as he is. Nelson County will be missing out if they lose him.

Scott Belcher is a wonderful teacher and all of the kids adore him. He goes above and beyond to help these kids. He should be able to continue.

This man has made an impact on not only myself but every child who has ever had the pleasure to have him as an instructor! He is amazing at what he does and deserves nothing short of the best!

This teacher is one of the best I have ever experienced. The kids he teach are inspired by his enthusiasm and love of music. All 3 of my children adore and respect this man. Mistakes make us human and there are other ways to address hos mistake.

He taught one of my band classes back in middle school, I’ve been graduated for a while and to see him showing dedication is truly something amazing
