This man has been a mainstay of education in Nelson County for years. He has developed top level students and put the name of Nelson County across the mid-Atlantic region via their success in music. What the hell is wrong with school leadership in Nelson County Va for the last decade?

Mr.Belcher is irreplaceable. He is a extraordinary human being who has given so much into the students lives through education, seeing their potential, given them countless opportunities, through the music program, that he made what it is today. Haven’t students lives, teachers lives at Nelson, our world, been through enough these past few years? Mr. Belcher does not deserve, the students do not deserve the distraction and impact of the decision handed down to him, for the matter. He cheers on, believes in his students ,choice of paths and careers in life beyond graduation. His labor of love for this school community has made the world a better place. They don’t call him Papa B for no reason.
