Masks should be a parents choice not the schools. our kids should be able to go to school and not have to sit in a mask for 6+ hours a day. Bnai Israel is going to announce that all kids 3 and older have to wear masks. Lets join together and fight for our children's right to breath freely. We urge everyone who feels the same to email the school as well and voice your opinions.
The emails I receive from other parents are heavy with the same frustration I feel every morning. I am reaching out to the school board again to demand they listen to us even though they have ignored us until now.

Hospitalization rates for children with Covid are 8 per 100,000. The common flu has a rate of 240 per 100,000. Covid is serious and our family is in support of public health initiatives to reduce the spread, but not for masking young children which does absolutely nothing. This policy is not grounded in scientific facts.

It's time for the adults to understand the statistics in relation to the risks we have always accepted. It's time for our children's mental health and future to be prioritized. It's time for those adults who are afraid to reach out to each other-and to those who are not-for support, so we can move forward with courage and confidence. Our children deserve it.

Parents can make socially responsible decisions for themselves and their children as to what they do outside of school. That’s what will keep them safe, not forcing them to wear a mask. What happens when a kid takes it off? I do not want my child reprimanded for something so innocent.
I wore a mask all last year and still got covid. Why would we do this to our children and make it mandatory?

It’s not safe for children under 5 to wear a mask all day long. Vaccinate the staff, that’s the answer.

Please listen the parents and trust the science. Young children are substantially more at risk for illnesses by wearing masks then getting covid. For any parents that are worried about masks they have a clear choice to keep their children at home with remote learning. For the overwhelming majority of parents please do not mandate our children suffer with masks.

We cannot let this become the new normal for children. If we let this last for too long, there will be no way to go back. We must show our children normalcy and pray they are not long term affected by the fear and anxiety society has caused with this virus. Don’t punish the kids. Let them breath, let them play, let them smile.

Children get physical deformation besides neurological complications and social complexities from the masks. There are such cases in America .
