Petition to Remove the LPCA Board

While I don’t like how the initial remove the board motion was handled. We need some sort of stability moving forward.

Owner 302 owner. I am in favor of removing the current Board and working together as owners to adopt a fair and responsible fiscal plan for the Lake Park Community.

I have very little confidence in the current board’s ability to make sound decisions that would benefit the Lake Park Community.

I own unit 511 I also agree a new board is needed. My unit also needs repairs that have not been done for over 2 years.

We need a more people and owner compassionate board

#311 I fully support the removal of the present Board, given the recent transition to Sentry (terrible), and the fact that we were never consulted on the change at all...I agree that we need to take action to help make necessary repairs, but I will only support that under the leadership of a new Board. Owners matter, and taking action like this without our knowledge is not acceptable.

I agree that some money is needed, but they amount they put forth was over the top and suspect. unit 410 and 509

Unit 401 I totally agree with the need for the BoD of LPCA to resign or be voted do to their failure to act in the best interest of the members of LPCA

Unfortunately, the board has not followed the rules and backed a plan that would have put many owners into a financial hardship.

Unit 412 I agree with everything stated in this petition and do not believe the board is competent to perform their duties.

I have lost faith in the current board. Poor communication and the management change without input as well as a desire to charge overly high fees to transform a building that the residents do not wish transformed.
