Restricted access to Brights and / or Pick n Pay / Woolworths not acceptable. If safety is a concern, it should have been addressed at time of plans submition. A small traffic circle could help at this point

Not only is the Brights' access poorly thought out, but the parking lot in front of Woolworths/Pick n Pay and line shops is a disaster. How the City even allowed this is beyond comprehension.
