Whoever designed that flow system didn't think of the convenience of the customers

The barriers are a complete inconvenience and make absolutely no sense and cause unnecessary traffic rerouting. It makes it nearly impossible for trucks to drive to pnp receiving bays as well as causing a large flow of traffic in an unnecessary direction. Please I beg of you please for efficiency sake remove the barriers

The full extent of this poor design has not been adequately explained in other comments on this petition. In short, when you exit Brights, you are forced to turn left, which then leads you onto a much larger road (Tygervalley Road) where, again, you are only permitted to turn left. Then at the first set of traffic lights, U-turns are prohibited.
This means that shopping at Brights effectively traps you into exiting in one direction and driving a substantial distance (1 Km), navigating multiple turns and intersections, before you can find a safe place to turn around and head back north. Overall it's a 2 km detour.
The solution could be one of the following:
1. Remove the lane-dividing barrier at the Brights exit.
2. Allow traffic to turn right when entering Tygervalley Road from Southern Precinct Road, which the current design prohibits.
This layout significantly disadvantages the store and creates a frustrating shopping experience. Could the parking area and exit routes have been designed more effectively to avoid this issue? Absolutely. But as it stands, however, this poor traffic design is a major deterrent for anyone visiting Brights and urgently needs to be addressed. Please just apply point 2. Thanks

Traffic barrier restrict access to surrounding stores, causes unnecessary driving on the main road to come back around for further shopping, hence adds to traffic.
