I would contact the new City Manager and find out who agreed to the contract. Our taxes pay for the parks, From what I read, they need to be evicted from the park.

They have hit so many cars and I'm scared for my children to play on the playground when they are there! Not only due to fly balls but they feel it ok to change their clothes outside!! Not ok!!

Our cars get dinged up. I have to park way down the street from my daughters house to avoid damage to my car when I come to see my kids and grandkids. Both of my daughters cars have been damaged by their cricket league. No home or car around the park is safe from the damage their games cause.

We live across the street from the park on Lampe Dr. My truck and my wife's car have both been hit by there cricket ball. My wife's needed a new tail light. My sister in-laws car got dented as well when parked in front of our house. We have confronted them multiple times when they do hit our property and all they do is deny everything. They have given us there insurance information for repairs but only because we've seen it happen. I shouldn't have to keep my blinds open all weekend to make sure something else doesn't get damaged, because they won't let us know out of generosity if they hit something. I was ok with them playing there at first but it has gotten to be a nuisance. This park just isn't big enough for their league.

Public ludeness (no bathrooms & changing clothes!) is illegal, whether or not the team has entered into a contract situation.
